Job summary

Shirley Parsons is seeking a Safety Manager in Boise, ID to oversee safety across multiple projects in the region, leading safety personnel and driving a strong safety culture on job-sites. You will collaborate with the Regional Safety Director, conduct site inspections, investigations and training in line with OSHA requirements, and report safety metrics to leadership.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant construction safety experience, CSP or CHST certification, and a Boise-based candidate

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of proven safety management on major construction projects.
• CSP or CHST certification required.
• Strong communicator capable of engaging internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Undertake job site inspections, accident investigations and audits, implementing corrective actions to improve the safety program.
• Collaborate with the Regional Safety Director to highlight safety metrics and trends for leadership.
• Conduct new hire orientation and training programs in compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Engage with operational leadership, job-site teams, GC and client on safety matters as the technical expert.
