You will oversee safety performance, conduct inspections, investigations, and audits, and work with the Safety Director to lead the program across the project, traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years of safety management on major construction projects.
• CHST or CSP certification required.
• Strong communicator with stakeholder engagement.
• Based near Phoenix; willing to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, accident investigations and audits.
• Report safety metrics to senior leadership.
• Provide OSHA-compliant training and new hire orientation.
• Collaborate with Safety Director and project teams on safety issues.
