Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least 10 years in construction safety, 5 years in federal environments, and OSHA 30-Hour/EM385-1-1 credentials. Position requires CST/EST-based location with willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in construction safety with federal project experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction and EM385-1-1 credentials required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion and enhance safety culture across projects and operations.
• Identify risks with project teams and implement mitigations for high-hazard work.
• Review safety metrics and performance data for continuous improvement.
• Lead safety program implementation, inspections, and incident reviews.
• Develop and mentor safety professionals and stakeholders.
