Job summary
Ascendion in Conover, North Carolina seeks a Construction Safety Manager 4 to lead site health and safety planning, HRA execution, and KPI compliance across construction stages. You will coordinate on-site activities, drive safety training, and communicate safety priorities to all levels of the project team.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in senior safety roles, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven construction safety management experience.
Qualifications
- OSHA 10 & 30 certification required.
- NFPA 70E training or equivalent.
- Formal education in construction safety or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and Local safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the site’s Health & Safety planning.
- HRA safety planning and implementation.
- Assessing compliance with agreed KPIs across all project stages.
- Communication of Health & Safety at all levels.
- Co-ordination of work activities on site.
- Safety training and education.
