Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction safety management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and Local safety regulations.
• Experience with data center construction/operations is preferred.
• Excellent contractor communications and coordination with design teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess KPI compliance across all project stages and report findings.
• Communicate Health & Safety policies at all levels on site.
• Identify High‑Risk Activities (HRA) and educate Lease Providers/contractors.
• Monitor safety performance data and drive improvements.
• Stop unsafe work and alert supervision when needed.
• Lead on-site safety meetings, trainings, and audits.
