P&E Constructors, LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee and promote all aspects of project safety across nationwide assignments. You will lead safety programs, incident investigations, reporting, and audits while mentoring project teams to build a zero-harm culture and ensure high-quality project outcomes.

The role requires 5–7 years of progressive safety leadership, BCSP certification, and strong OSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive safety leadership experience.
• Valid BCSP safety certification (CHST/ASP/SMP/CSP) or equivalent.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Working knowledge of OCIP/CCIP insurance programs.
• Advanced knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of Site-Specific Safety Plan.
• Ensure site emergency protocols and medical services are established.
• Coordinate procurement and distribution of safety equipment.
• Support safety campaigns and recognition programs.
• Participate in project kickoff meetings.
• Ensure activities comply with environmental standards.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly safety reports.
• Lead reviews of incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Analyze safety observations to identify trends and improvements.
• Mentor staff in safety standards and expectations.
• Serve as liaison to site management on safety matters.
• Facilitate project team reviews of incidents for learning.
• Compile final project safety metrics for closeout.
• Coordinate inventory and return of safety equipment.
• Lead with feedback on overall safety performance.
• Promote compliance with safety processes and culture.
