Qualifications

• BCSP CSP/SMS certification or equivalent experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• OSHA 30 Construction Industry certification.
• Minimum 3+ years of construction safety experience.
• HAZWOPER 40 certification.
• OSHA 500 preferred.
• Portable nuclear gauge safety training a plus.
• Radiation Safety Officer training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety programs across five states and multiple offices.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation management and return-to-work.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety training across sites.
• Develop risk-reduction strategies and audits.
