Job summary

GeoTek Operations Limited seeks a Corporate Safety Manager to lead a high-performing safety culture across multiple states. You will oversee H&S programs, respond to incidents in real time, manage injuries from triage through resolution, and collaborate with field teams, medical providers, and leadership to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a focus on reducing incident rates and enabling timely return-to-work outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCSP certification preferred or equivalent experience in construction safety
• CPR/First Aid certified and OSHA 30 Construction Industry
• HAZWOPPER 40 and OSHA 10/OSHA 50 considerations noted
• Must have 3+ years construction experience
• Willingness to commute to job sites and multiple offices across states
• Ability to develop and implement safety programs and training

Responsibilities

• Oversee H&S programs across multiple states and 375+ employees
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses
• Coordinate Workers' Compensation management and return-to-work processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and OSHA standards
• Develop and implement safety training and program improvements
• Conduct regular field audits and safety performance reviews
