Qualifications

• BCSP certification (CSP or SMS) preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• OSHA 30 Construction Industry.
• Must have 3+ years construction experience.
• HAZWOPER 40.
• OSHA 500 Preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee safety programs across multi-state operations.
• Respond to incidents in real time and coordinate workers' compensation claims.
• Develop, implement, and improve job safety rules and guidelines.
• Coordinate training and ensure OSHA and company standards compliance.
• Perform field safety audits and annual office/site safety checks.
• Prepare clear written reports and present safety metrics to leadership.
• Conduct incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Communicate safety progress with Safety Committee and management.
