Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced risk professional that has supported large scale construction projects.

The successful candidate will bring experience supporting the delivery of construction and capital projects within markets including data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy & natural resources. Exposure to complex projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in risk, cost and schedule management.
• Experience in program management or program controls environment.
• Knowledge of risk identification techniques and data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of risk trigger points to profile risk and budget.
• Use risk data to inform investment planning and monitor risk exposure.
• Lead risk reviews, develop response plans, and report status.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessment to inform contingency levels.
• Collaborate with program controls teams to optimize cost and schedule.
• Create risk management plans compliant with client requirements and frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end risk management on multiple projects/programs.
