Job summary

Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. is seeking a Senior Construction Risk Engineering Consultant for the Casualty Lines in the Southern region. This remote-from-home role covers Central Georgia (Atlanta area preferred) with travel across the state and nearby regions.

You will evaluate exposures, deliver risk management services, and support risk reduction across construction insurance products. The position includes a company car and 30–50% travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with relevant construction risk/ safety management experience.
• Extensive experience in regulated and non-regulated fleets and data center construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, risk management, and QA/QC processes.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills at corporate and site levels.

Responsibilities

• Adapt Zurich's solutions to construction to minimize losses and improve resilience at corporate level.
• Leverage risk engineering tools to improve customer risk and account management of construction insurance products.
• Deliver high-quality construction risk consultative services and identify exposures and risk gaps for mitigation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners to tailor service plans.
• Market and sell fee-based risk mitigation services to customers.
• Produce advanced presentations and deliver risk management training for customers and internal partners.
• Provide risk improvement advice, conduct loss investigations, and implement improvement programs.
• Assist customers with QA/QC plans, safety plans, and site risk assessments including moisture mitigation.
• Participate in Sales Team meetings and cross-sell opportunities.
