Job summary

Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. seeks a Senior Construction Risk Engineering Consultant for the Casualty Lines in our Southern region. This remote role involves travel (30–50%) across designated states, including Georgia and nearby regions, with a company car provided.

The candidate will adapt Zurich's innovative construction risk solutions, deliver high-quality risk management consulting, and build strong client relationships while supporting fee-based services and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8+ years of experience in Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Regulated and Non-Regulated Fleet Experience and Data Center construction experience.
• Proficiency in technical writing and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adapting Zurich's innovations to construction to minimize losses and improve resilience.
• Leveraging risk engineering tools to improve customer risk and account management for construction insurance products.
• Delivering high-quality risk management consulting and identifying exposures and risk gaps.
• Developing and maintaining positive customer and partner relationships and creating service plans.
• Marketing and selling risk service fees and delivering risk management training.
