Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. is seeking a Senior Construction Risk Engineering Consultant for the Casualty Lines of Business in the Southern region.

This remote role covers the Central Georgia area with travel across Georgia, and may require 30%–50% travel. You will adapt Zurich's risk engineering solutions for construction, deliver consultative services, and develop risk improvement plans while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years in the same fields.
• Experience working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Adapt Zurich's solutions to construction to minimize losses and boost resilience.
• Leverage risk engineering tools to improve risk and account management.
• Deliver consultative services, identify exposures, and propose risk mitigation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners to plan services.
• Market and sell fee services to support risk mitigation efforts.
• Create advanced presentations and deliver risk management training.
• Lead loss investigations and implement improvement programs.
