Job summary

Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. is seeking a Senior Construction Risk Engineering Consultant for the Casualty Lines in the Southern region. This remote role is based in Central Georgia with preference for Atlanta metro and may require travel across the state and nearby areas. You will deliver consultative risk services, identify exposures, develop risk plans, and support sales with fee-based services. Experience with large commercial construction, data centers, and regulated fleets is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in construction risk engineering or related fields.
• High School Diploma with 8+ years in construction risk engineering or related fields.
• Experience with regulated and non-regulated fleets.
• Experience with data center construction.
• Experience with large commercial construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction safety, operations, quality management and exposure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IOS platforms.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Leadership and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk engineering consultative services for customers.
• Identify exposures and risk control gaps; propose mitigations and risk improvements.
• Develop service plans with customers and partners.
• Market and sell fee-based risk services to support risk mitigation.
• Prepare advanced risk management presentations and training for customers and internal teams.
• Conduct loss investigations and root cause analysis to drive improvements.
• Assist with QA/QC plans, safety plans, site reviews and project investigations.
• Participate in sales meetings and cross-selling opportunities.
