Ladders is seeking a Senior Construction Quality Manager to lead quality management for large-scale heavy civil infrastructure projects. You will oversee inspection teams, develop QC strategies, and drive field execution while managing engineers and field professionals.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Professional Engineer.
  • 10 years of experience in large-scale heavy civil infrastructure construction.
  • 4 years managing construction inspection and quality teams.
  • DOT, ACI, or related certifications for Asphalt and/or Concrete preferred.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Construction Quality Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee construction quality management for large-scale heavy civil infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on inspection teams, quality control strategy, and field execution. The position will also lead people management activities, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development for a team of engineers and field professionals. In addition, this leader will partner across the organization to strengthen quality and safety practices while supporting a high-travel operational environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $155,500 – $210,300 annually

Responsibilities
  • Directly manage, hire, and onboard a team of engineers and field professionals
  • Ensure effective team structure and resource deployment across projects
  • Monitor team well-being and engagement in a high-travel environment
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting and coaching
  • Provide mentorship and career development planning for team members
