Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking a Quality Manager for a rapidly growing national construction platform. The role reports to senior project and quality leadership, ensuring project execution meets top-quality standards from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities include leading Quality Management Plan implementation, site inspections, testing and acceptance, and coordination with project teams. Willingness to travel across the Southern and southeastern U.S. is required.

Qualifications

  • Construction QA/QC experience on large-scale projects.
  • Background as Quality Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer, Supervisor, or Manager.
  • Strong CSA quality experience including Civil, Structural, Architectural work.
  • Knowledge of codes, standards, inspection processes, and documentation.
  • Experience reviewing drawings, specs, submittals, and field installations.

Job Description

Reporting into senior project and quality leadership teams, the Quality Manager will play a critical role in ensuring project execution meets the highest quality standards from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Lead implementation and enforcement of project-specific Quality Management Plans.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality reviews throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, validation, and acceptance of installed systems and components.
  • Review submittals, shop drawings, requests for information, and project documentation for compliance.
  • Ensure all work aligns with applicable codes, standards, and contract requirements.
  • Partner with project management, superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams to proactively resolve quality concerns.
  • Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives across project sites.

The Successful Applicant
  • Experience in construction quality assurance and quality control roles on large-scale projects.
  • Background as a Quality Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer, Quality Supervisor, Quality Manager, or similar position.
  • Strong Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) quality experience.
  • Knowledge of construction codes, standards, inspection processes, and quality documentation.
  • Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, submittals, and field installations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence project teams and trade partners.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Southern and southeastern United States.
  • Experience working for a general contractor, EPC contractor, or major construction organization preferred.
