Nationwide Travel | Field-Based Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Quality Manager to lead quality efforts across large-scale EPC, Design-Build, and CMAR infrastructure projects. This is a highly visible, field-focused leadership role with extensive travel, strong compensation, and long-term project stability.

Key Responsibilities
- Quality Leadership & Execution
- Lead project quality teams through planning, execution, and closeout phases
- Ensure effective implementation of project quality plans, procedures, and inspection programs
- Lead quality discussions during project kick-off meetings and throughout project execution
- Monitoring, Oversight & Compliance
- Perform and schedule audits, inspections, and surveillance activities
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, regulatory, and ISO 9001 requirements
- Review and approve quality plans, procedures, and inspection reports
- Identify, document, track, and resolve non-conformances and corrective actions
- Documentation & Quality Systems
- Manage and maintain quality-related project documentation, reports, records, and audits
- Ensure proper document control at job sites, including drawings, test records, and subcontractor documentation
- Support continuous improvement and maintenance of the Quality Management System
- Analyze quality metrics and KPIs to drive corrective and preventive actions
- Implement lessons learned and best practices across projects
- Support internal and external audits as required
- Partner closely with project management, construction teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Report quality performance and metrics to project leadership
- Mentor, guide, and lead quality staff in the field
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in construction or design quality management (degree not required with experience)
- Required experience supporting EPC, Design-Build, or CMAR projects
- Strong leadership experience managing quality teams
- Advanced proficiency with Procore
- Strong understanding of inspection and testing programs
- Solid knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar
- CMQ/OE (Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence)
- Inspection, testing, welding, bolting, commissioning, or related certifications
- Experience in power delivery, utilities, or large infrastructure projects
