Job summary

The Construction Material Testing team seeks a qualified Quality Manager II to lead the project quality control program on large or multi-phase projects, including heavy civil, industrial, or federal work under USACE or NAVFAC requirements.

You will write the QC plan, run three-phase meetings, supervise inspectors, review test results, and ensure NCRs are properly documented and closed. A valid driver's license and on-site presence are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in construction quality control or special inspection.
• 2+ years supervising inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain the project quality control plan.
• Lead preparatory, initial, and follow-up phase meetings.
• Supervise QC inspectors and testing technicians.
• Review reports and ensure NCRs are properly documented.
