You will ensure compliance with contract requirements and applicable codes through a robust three-phase QC approach.

The role requires strong leadership, safety oversight, and collaboration with project teams and government agencies to drive project success and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Ten years in construction industry minimum.
• Five years in roles with quality control responsibilities.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the Three-Phase Quality Control (QC) Program, including Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up phases.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce project-specific Quality Control Plans.
• Lead preparatory meetings with stakeholders, subcontractors, consultants, testing agencies, and Government representatives.
• Conduct and document daily quality inspections to verify contract compliance.
• Perform in-house punch-list inspections for each Definable Feature of Work (DFOW).
• Coordinate and witness testing and inspection activities (concrete, soils, welds, fire systems, commissioning).
• Verify QC checklists are completed prior to critical installations.
