Qualifications

• Ten(10) years of construction industry experience
• Minimum of five(5) years in QC/QA management roles such as QCM/QA Manager/Superintendent
• Experience implementing a Three-Phase Quality Control Program on construction projects
• Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
• EM 385-1-1 certification and OSHA/related safety credentials

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the Three-Phase Quality Control Program (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-Up)
• Lead prep meetings with stakeholders, subcontractors, and government representatives
• Conduct daily quality inspections and document findings
• Coordinate testing and inspections for concrete, soils, welds, and systems
• Maintain QC records, submittals, RMS/Procore documentation, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, drawings, and shop submittals
• Assist with project close-out documentation and warranty activities
