Job summary

Cooper Tacia Management LLC is seeking a Construction Quality Control (QC) Manager in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role oversees the Contractor Quality Control program on federal and government projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and codes.

Strong leadership and documentation skills are essential. The candidate will develop QC plans, lead preparatory and inspection phases, and maintain comprehensive QC records while coordinating with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to meet

Qualifications

5–10 years of progressive commercial construction experience with QC focus.
Proven ability to develop and implement QC plans and inspect/test records.
Experience with government quality-control specifications (e.g., UFGS) is a plus.
Active CQM/CQM-C certification required for project assignment.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Control Plans.
Lead inspections and ensure compliance with codes, specs, and submittals.
Maintain QC records: daily reports, inspection logs, testing records, and closeout docs.
Monitor subcontractor QC performance and communicate with owners and project teams.
