Job summary

orionhiddencareers is seeking a QA/QC Manager to implement and manage the project quality control program on a concrete construction project in Dallas, TX. You will review documents, coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure adherence to project standards throughout the duration.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality records, auditing site QC activities, leading QA/QC meetings, and delivering corrective actions to reduce deficiencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of concrete construction experience in structural and light commercial sectors.
• Solid knowledge of QA/QC practices and regulations; able to create plans and programs.
• Possess or able to obtain inspection licenses/certifications as required.
• Organized, self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project quality records and audit plans.
• Monitor site QC Plan implementation and material/equipment reviews.
• Create and distribute QA/QC plans, checklists, inspections, completion lists, punch lists, and reports.
• Conduct QA/QC meetings and document minutes.
• Use data to reduce deficiencies and improve quality; implement remedial actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
