Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's Degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in construction management or craft supervision.
• Proven experience in overseeing work quality and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Review contract deliverables for compliance and perform daily inspections.
• Develop construction QA plans for each project.
• Prepare daily QA reports documenting discussions and deficiencies.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings.
• Monitor QC inspection and testing activities.
