Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience on large federal construction projects.
Knowledge of OSHA and EM 385-1-1 USACE Safety Manual preferred.
Experience with three-phase inspection process.
Responsibilities
Observe and investigate construction phases for compliance.
Perform inspections and complete daily site reports in RMS.
Monitor scheduled progress of all construction activities.
Participate in RFI and submittal reviews.
