Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience on large federal construction projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EM 385-1-1 USACE Safety Manual preferred.
• Experience with three-phase inspection process.

Responsibilities

• Observe and investigate construction phases for compliance.
• Perform inspections and complete daily site reports in RMS.
• Prepare correspondence regarding contractor performance.
• Monitor scheduled progress of all construction activities.
• Participate in RFI and submittal reviews.
