Job summary

Bristol Industries LLC in Charleston, SC is seeking a Senior Construction Surveillance Engineer (PE) to support the Department of the Navy at NSA Charleston. You will lead construction inspection, QA, scheduling, and CQC activities for repair, demolition and new construction, coordinating with FEAD/ROICC and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience as Construction Manager, Field Engineer, Project Engineer or Quality Control Manager on facilities/contracts over $5M.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling methods; familiar with Primavera Suretrak/P3/P6 and MS Project.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat; RS Means/CostWorks experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outages, permits, and haul routes; attend meetings and briefings; provide reports and submittal reviews.
• Monitor CQC compliance and prepare CRRs/CCCNs; track safety and environmental requirements.
• Review submittals for government approval; analyze construction schedules and contractor plans.
• Assist with field pay estimates; notify leadership of major issues; conduct pre-final inspections.
• Maintain electronic project docs in eCMS; manage RFIs and change impacts.
