Job summary

Bristol Alliance of Companies seeks a Senior Construction Surveillance Engineer (PE) to support the Navy at NSA Charleston, SC. The role emphasizes construction inspection, QA/QC, environmental safety, and contract administration for major facilities.

The incumbent will prepare technical reports, review submittals, monitor schedules, and assist with pre-final inspections and change negotiations. A PE license and extensive government-construction experience are required.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in construction management, field engineering, or QC on large facilities.
• Proven ability to verify workmanship and manage complex projects.
• Familiarity with Primavera and MS Project scheduling.
• Proficiency with MS Office and cost estimation tools.
• Strong communication of reports and management briefs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outage, permits, and haul routes.
• Attend meetings and prepare notes and reports.
• Review submittals and contractor documentation for approval.
• Analyze schedules and constructability reviews.
• Prepare CRRs and CCCNs and monitor safety and environmental compliance.
• Assist with field pay estimates and subcontractor coordination.
