Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Ability to oversee direct reports and manage purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project purchasing for the organization.
• Create budgets for upcoming projects, material and quantity take-offs, estimating plans, and all compliance documentation.
• Bid architectural plans to subcontractors and vendors.
• Hiring of contractors, suppliers and laborers.
• Maintains plans, options and pricing components of estimating and purchasing databases.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises staff in the Purchasing Department.

Education
