Responsibilities

• Create and update Purchasing Department policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and engineers on plans and changes.
• Prepare and manage budgets for vertical construction.
• Compile bid packages and bid new communities or plan adds.
• Negotiate contracts with trade partners and approve extras.
• Coordinate and communicate specifications to sales teams and builders.
