Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in construction
• 5+ years in construction management or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to function as part of a high-performance team
• Familiarity with construction methods, facilities operations and building systems
• MS Office 365 (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint) and Adobe Suite proficiency

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is properly incorporated into job planning and execution by enforcing policies
• Create AHAs/STAs with Foreman for all self-performed work
• Review AHAs for trade partners
• Create material handling and site utilization plans
• Coordinate with Project Coordinator on material needs, RFIs
• Engage in project scheduling activities with a four-week project schedule
• Coordinate and supervise company workforce in area
• Facilitate coordination and scheduling of trade partners in weekly meetings
• Maintain accurate time keeping, project logs, and cost records
• Inspect received materials for quantity and quality and sign/coding of tickets
• Responsible for all quality control on the project, including subcontractors.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field

Five (5) years’ experience in construction management or a related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a mobile work environment
