Job summary

You will lead preconstruction, safety programs, logistics, and field management, coordinating with trade partners and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget. A strong safety culture and proactive problem solving are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supports preconstruction and leads operational plans for project pursuits.
• Develops and manages overall construction schedules.
• Reviews trade partner scopes and contract requirements.
• Manages safety plans and site safety walk-throughs.
• Leads pre-planning meetings with trade partners.
• Oversees field staff development and performance.
• Manages project documentation and site records.
• Maintains project site logistics, branding, and closeout processes.
