Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Basic knowledge of PC and e-mail applications.
• Proven ability to schedule construction activities or projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing safety on projects.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; communicate effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversees field operations for smaller-scale projects and supports larger projects.
• Manages logistics: schedule, budget, materials, quality control, and safety.
• Leads field craft associates; coordinates meetings; ensures on-site safety and planning.
• Ensures work is within budget and on schedule per plans and specifications.
• Maintains project documentation and site safety, QA/QC, and punch lists.
