Qualifications

• Registration as a Professional Engineer per Florida Statutes.
• Valid Class E driver license is required.

• Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple high‑complexity projects.

Responsibilities

• Performs highly advanced engineering work on multiple major projects of high complexity.
• Reviews traffic control plans and ensures compliance with contract documents.
• Manages subordinate staff and coordinates with engineers, inspectors, and contractors.
• Prepares/approves monthly and final estimates and contract modifications.
• Monitors safety, quality, and compliance with DOT policies and procedures.
