Job summary

European Wax Center seeks a Manager of Construction to lead franchise store openings, relocations, and remodels from planning through opening. You will coordinate with franchisees, general contractors, and vendors to uphold brand standards and report progress using FranConnect.

The role requires 5+ years in franchise construction project management, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to travel nationally (approx. 50% monthly).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of franchise construction project management experience.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Proficient in project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead franchisee and corporate development projects through all construction phases from plan review to opening.
• Act as project manager for all centers/relocations/remodels with timely updates using FranConnect.
• Collaborate with Operations and Development to manage regional market strategy for new centers, relocations, remodels.
• Manage vendors and ensure performance and delivery of company items and schedules.
• Coordinate with IT, supply chain, and marketing to keep activities on schedule with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
