Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from concept through completion. You will mentor staff, interact with clients, and oversee quality with a focus on large industrial/manufacturing projects.

Travel to sites across the United States is required. The role demands strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and scheduling, with Procore and MS Project proficiency.

Competenze

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
• 7-10 years of successful construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction engineering principals: materials, methods, sequencing, scheduling, and estimating.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry including laws, contracts, and accounting.
• Understanding of insurance and related issues including liability aspects and claims avoidance.
• Ability to interpret construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of field construction: systems, practices, safety and procedures.
• Travel is required (10%).
• Working knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Oversee the successful management of construction projects and provide leadership to the team.
• Coordinate requirements and lead cooperation with other disciplines on projects.
• Prepare reports to clients and senior management detailing progress and costs.
• Maintain client relationships and manage subcontractors and bids.
• Establish and monitor project costs and schedules; conduct site inspections and progress meetings.
• Prepare field documentation and reports; support project closeout with warranties and as-builts.
