Job summary

The role oversees project execution, administers subcontracts and purchase orders, and establishes project-specific controls to monitor and report performance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in commercial construction, with flexibility for non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive project safety programs and requirements.
• Develop, manage, and drive the project schedule.
• Manage relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Establish project budgets and cost controls.
• Administer subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Establish project-specific controls and monitor and report project performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
