The role emphasizes driving value analysis, risk assessment, and developing effective bidder strategies while managing cross-functional teams across various stages of development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of combined experience as a construction PM or estimator.
• Experience with pre-construction phases and BIM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preconstruction team.
• Prepare preliminary master schedule and cost estimates.
• Coordinate site investigations and review drawings for conformance.
• Develop bid strategies and manage multiple projects concurrently.
