• Minimum of 5 years of construction project experience with a General Contractor.
• Advanced development, supervision, leadership, and business acumen for project success.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain GMP, baseline and updated project schedules using master scheduling software.
• Manage the Project Financial Report to project costs and savings against budget.
• Prepare monthly CFR to reflect project financial status and margins.
• Plan and manage non-billable costs to meet margin goals.
• Use Job Dashboard to monitor project status and reporting.
• Create and manage a Work Plan for Confidential Payroll monthly.
• Evaluate subcontractor pay applications against field conditions and changes.
• Ensure subcontractor insurance compliance and COI/LSIP requirements.
• Manage self-perform financials including estimates, contracts, changes, and LPR inputs.
• Implement QA/QC program with tools like A3s, Pre-Install Meetings, and Peer Reviews.
• Oversee Subcontractor Change Orders (SCO) and Owner Change Orders (OCO).
• Manage change, cost, schedule, and contract language implications with stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and reconciliation with proper change management.
