Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction project experience working for a General Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GMP, baseline and updated project schedule using master scheduling software.
• Manage Project Financial Report (PFR) to project costs, savings or losses and margin.
• Prepare the monthly Construction Financial Report (CFR) showing project financial status and margins.
• Plan and manage Non-Billable Costs to meet margin goals and input CFR accurately.
• Utilize Job Dashboard to monitor project status and report challenges and QBR results.
• Create and manage a Work Plan for Confidential Payroll employees and project margins.
• Evaluate subcontractor pay applications for progress and conditions.
• Ensure subcontractor insurance compliance and COI/LSIP requirements.
• Manage Self-Perform financials including estimating, contracts, changes and monthly financials.
• Implement QA/QC program with tools like A3s, Pre-Install meetings and peer reviews.
• Review and execute Subcontractor Change Orders (SCO) and Owner Change Orders (OCO).
• Oversee change management to control cost, schedule, scope and contracts.
• Manage subcontractor buyout and reconciliation and maintain change management hygiene.
