Job summary

PACIV, a global leader in industrial automation solutions servicing the Life Sciences sector, seeks a Lead Construction Manager to steer construction execution for multiple pharmaceutical capital projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time delivery across site activities with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will lead multi-contractor teams, ensure constructability during design, and report progress to project leadership while maintaining GMP-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 20+ years of large-scale capital construction experience.
• 10+ years in a senior construction management role on pharma/biotech or regulated projects.
• Proven experience leading large multi-discipline teams and multi-contractor management.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, scheduling, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction organization including Construction Managers, Quality Leads, and assistants.
• Oversee construction execution across multiple projects and site integration activities.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE programs.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and long-range construction planning with contractors and teams.
• Monitor contractor performance and resolve issues impacting delivery.
• Partner with Project Managers and engineering teams to meet milestones, schedule, and budget.
