Job summary

GForce Life Sciences is seeking an Associate Project Manager to oversee capital projects and ensure successful completion through effective coordination of scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and at least 5 years of project management experience.

This full-time position is onsite in Tarrytown, NY, for a 12+ month contract, offering 27 days of paid time off along with benefits. Candidates with pharmaceutical industry knowledge or CAD experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or construction management.
• Ground-up construction experience is essential.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report project status and financial controls to supervisors.
• Perform project management for engineering, design, construction projects.
• Monitor design and construction activities to ensure compliance with standards.
• Establish and maintain project budgets and cash flow analyses.
• Maintain client, consultant, contractor, and vendor relationships.
