PMCS Group, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Construction Project Manager / Owner’s Authorised Representative (OAR I / OAR II) to lead major public, educational, and commercial projects from pre-construction through close-out.

The role emphasizes ownership, risk management, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The successful candidate will manage multi‑phase projects valued from $10M to $20M+, coordinate with architects, engineers, and district teams, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of construction or project management experience.
• Experience managing complex projects valued $10M–$20M+.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with contracts, scheduling, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned construction projects.
• Review design and pre-construction documents.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project reporting.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and district teams.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration.
• Monitor compliance with BIM, LEED, DSA, and OSHA standards.
• Lead project staffing, delegation, and priority management.
• Support project close-out, certification, and financial completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership.
