Job summary

Avsar Construction Development, Inc. seeks an experienced Owner Authorized Representative (OAR I) to lead multiple project phases from pre-construction through close-out.

You will coordinate with design teams, public agencies, and district staff to ensure timelines and quality while managing budgets and schedules. The role may involve swing shifts to meet project timelines and requires strong leadership, communication, and coordination with stakeholders across complex public works projects in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of full-time professional experience in construction/project management.
• 3+ years managing complex commercial/public works projects over $10M.
• CCM credential may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of assigned construction projects (pre-construction to close-out) and ensure timelines and quality.
• Review project documents and collaborate with design teams for successful initiation.
• Coordinate with public agencies and district staff during pre-construction and construction.
• Manage project budget and schedule; monitor monthly progress and reflect status.
