Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a qualified professional to join its construction arm as a GC Project Manager and Owner's Representative for out-of-town projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, field operations, and project documentation while collaborating with internal development and design teams.

The role covers design/build warehouse and manufacturing projects, including ground-up, additions, and spec builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, architecture, real estate, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with a general contractor environment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to establish goals and execution plans.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cash flow projections.
• Lead subcontractor bidding, scope review, and contract administration.
• Oversee permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
