Green Key Resources is seeking a Project Executive to lead mission critical construction projects in the Columbus market. This executive role oversees teams from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance while maintaining strong client relationships.

The position emphasizes large-scale project delivery, leadership development, and collaboration with preconstruction and estimating teams to pursue and win future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience overseeing large-scale Mission Critical projects.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and operational teams simultaneously.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple large-scale mission critical construction projects.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and operational teams.
• Drive project performance related to safety, scheduling, budgeting, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Participate in business development efforts and help strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams during pursuit and planning phases.
• Ensure operational consistency and accountability across projects and teams.
• Support strategic growth initiatives within the Ohio market.
• Maintain strong communication with ownership groups, design teams, and subcontractor partners.
