CSL Consulting is seeking a Construction Project Manager who excels in delivering exceptional client experiences, driving impactful project results, and fostering continuous learning beyond foundational skills.

*This position is onsite and located in Greensboro, NC*

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of project management, including design, construction, permitting, occupancy, quality control, staffing, scheduling, closeout, and budget management.

You will lead, mentor, and develop a team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.

Requirements

• Proficient PM skills, typically 10+ years of experience with exposure to several large and unique projects
• Expert skills in construction project management, people leadership and client engagement
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset

Preferred Experience & Market Presence

• Experience supporting K-12, Higher Education, public sector, or capital improvement programs.
• Strong relationships or established ties within the Triad or broader North Carolina market preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop client and stakeholder relationships that contribute to project and business growth.
• Ability to maintain an active local presence, managing projects and participating in client, industry, and community activities.
