Job summary

41 North Contractors, L.L.C. is seeking a Project Manager III to lead construction management for assigned projects in the Chicagoland area, with annual project values over $8 million.

The role requires quick ownership of projects, directing teams of superintendents and coordinators, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Director of Operations, estimators, and clients; maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards; overseeing safety

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven project management on commercial projects incl. restaurants, retail, and offices.
• Experience with Procore, Spectrum or related software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage fast-paced construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish with values over $8M annually.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, and site superintendents.
• Maintain master schedules and manage subcontractor LOIs, contracts, and SOWs.
• Oversee safety plans, insurance tracking, and OSHA compliance.
• Prepare and review job costs, pay apps, and invoicing with accounting.
• Provide weekly client updates and close-out documentation.
