Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for our construction division in New York, NY. This on-site role reports to the Project Executive and oversees planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for construction projects.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and safety programs; coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors; and ensuring on-time, within-budget project delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field.
• 5–10 years of field PM experience in construction.
• Ability to read plans and specs and develop scope from docs.
• Experience managing contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from design through completion.
• Develop budgets and schedules; track expenses and manage risk.
• Process contracts, change orders, and financial reporting.
• Ensure safety compliance and prepare Health & Safety Plans.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review deliverables with clients prior to presentation.
