Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Project Manager for its construction division in New York City. The PM will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance across all project phases, from concept to closeout.

The role requires strong experience in reading plans and specs, coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal teams, and delivering on-time, on-budget outcomes in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or technical training.
• 5–10 years field experience as a Project Manager with an established construction firm.
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
• Experience with construction budgeting, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Familiarity with insurance requirements and safety compliance.

• Chart project objectives, plans, and performance requirements.
• Oversee construction from design through completion across all phases.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and manage project financial reporting.
