Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant education and experience.
• 11–13 years of related experience managing facility projects.
• Experience with laboratory, clinical, data center, or office environments.
• Strong scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to obtain government credentials and facility access.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage facility-related projects including infrastructure, renovations, relocations, occupancy, and closeout.
• Develop schedules, milestones, budgets, estimates, and documentation.
• Coordinate with scientists, facilities, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders; facilitate meetings.
• Monitor status, risks, scope, schedule, cost, quality; propose mitigations.
• Provide technical support for mission-critical environments while maintaining continuity.
• Prepare status reports and executive briefings.
