Related Ross is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead tenant fit-out construction on its West Palm Beach office developments. You will oversee the full lifecycle from lease execution through occupancy, coordinating with tenants, design teams, and contractors.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, scope management, permitting, document control, on-site oversight, and reporting. The role reports to the EVP, Design & Construction and requires a strong PM background in interior

Competenze

• 10-12 years of project management experience in interior fit-out.
• Experience with tenant coordination in occupied, multi-tenant buildings.
• Knowledge of building systems including architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical.
• Strong communication and collaboration with tenants, designers, and management teams.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of tenant fit-out projects, from lease execution through occupancy.
• Review tenant plans against building standards, lease requirements, and base-building capabilities.
• Develop, manage, and update project budgets, schedules, and anticipated cost reports.
• Manage the scope review, bid and award process, and negotiate all change orders.
• Manage permitting with the building department and related governmental requirements.
• Implement document control procedures for all construction-related documents.
• Perform regular on-site walk-throughs to ensure contract performance, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Manage tenant allowance reconciliation and project closeout.
• Keep meeting minutes and issue monthly project status reports.
• Communicate relevant project information to superiors and stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with building management and facilities on access, logistics, and building systems impacts.
